Missions: Is It For You?

This workshop invites young people to discover that God sees them, calls them, and has a place for them in His mission. Through Scripture, personal testimonies, interactive activities, and worship, the YWAM Deaf World team will explore Jesus’ Great Commission in Matthew 28:19–20 and Acts 1:8. Participants will hear real stories from the mission field and learn how feelings such as “I’m not qualified,” “I have nothing to give,” or “I don’t accept who God created me to be” can become obstacles to saying yes to God. Participants will be encouraged to identify what may be holding them back and consider God’s invitation to go...whether across the world or right where He has placed them. Through discussion and a visual shoes activity, we will challenge young people to recognize that they do not have to wait until they feel completely ready or qualified.
